This coffee is ethically sourced and grown in the highly mountainous Gakenke district in the Northern Province, using modern eco-friendly and natural processing methods. It is characterized by its striking caramel & chocolate aroma, effervescent citrus flavor profile with high complexity and great elderflower sweetness.

It regularly registers an impressive SCAA score of 86 and above and has been the recipient of several accolades over the years including the 2007 Rwandan Presidential Golden Cup and 2015 Cup of Excellence.

Ideal when brewing filter coffee, easy on the taste buds, this Light roast preserves and emits great levels of acidity & fruitiness. It is calibrated to be readily used in any filter machine to get as much of the sweet flavors as possible
